Due to the nature of used and imported automotive engines, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Eligible Returns
A return may be approved only if:
- The engine received is significantly different from the product description
- The engine was damaged during shipping
- An incorrect engine was delivered
Return Conditions
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The engine must remain uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original condition.
Refunds
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed only after the returned engine has been received, inspected, and approved.
Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method used.
